Millennia Trading Terminal, a product of Prosperity Labs, LLC ("Millennia," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website located at millennia.money (the "Service"). 2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your full name. We use Supabase for authentication and securely store your credentials.

Brokerage Connection Data

When you connect your Alpaca brokerage account via OAuth, we receive and securely store an access token that allows us to interact with your brokerage account on your behalf. We do not store your Alpaca username or password. We may also store your Alpaca account ID and account number for reference.

Trading Activity

We log orders placed through our platform, including symbols, quantities, order types, and execution details. This data is used to display your trade history and is accessible only to you.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status, which we store to manage your access.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To execute trades and display account information from your connected Alpaca brokerage account
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To communicate with you about your account, including service updates and security alerts

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third parties, solely to operate the Service:

• Alpaca Securities LLC — To execute trades and retrieve account data on your behalf via their API.
• Stripe, Inc. — To process subscription payments.
• Supabase, Inc. — For authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel, Inc. — For application hosting and deployment.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), Row Level Security on all database tables ensuring users can only access their own data, and secure OAuth token storage. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trade logs are retained for your records. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, brokerage connections, trade history, and watchlists) will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@millennia.money. You may disconnect your Alpaca account at any time through the Settings page, which will revoke our access to your brokerage data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email.
